Ingredients:
2-Pack Premade Pie Crust Dough
6 Granny Smith Apples
½ cup butter
3 tablespoons flour
¼ cup water
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Let pie crust sit out until it get room temperature. Preheat
oven to 425 degrees. In a sauce pan, add butter and flour and mix. Add in
water, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let it mixture simmer.
Grease a muffin tin. Roll out dough and use a cookie
cutter or a cup to make the circles and put in muffin tin. Use a fork to make
the cute edges. Fill with apples and pour mixture over. I topped mine with a
heart. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream and a cozy blanket.
